The Center for Italian Modern Art is located on the south side of Broome Street between Crosby and Lafayette, just east of Broadway. The nearest subways are the 6 at Spring Street, the R/W at Prince Street, the B/D/F/M at Broadway/Lafayette Street, and the N/Q/R/W/6/J at Canal Street.

CIMA’s space and programs are wheelchair accessible.


CIMA is pleased to announce expanded hours for its 2017–18 season! In addition to our signature guided exhibition tours with one of our young scholars-in-residence, offered on Fridays and Saturdays at 11am and 2pm, we now offer open hours on both days, from 1 to 6pm. Visitors are offered a complimentary Italian espresso before seeing all guided tours. Registration is required for all visits.

Guided Tours: Friday and Saturday, 11am and 2pm

Open Visiting Hours: Friday and Saturday, 1pm to 6pm


Adults $10,  free for students (with a valid ID) and CIMA members.

Group visits should be booked in advance through our online form on days other than Fridays and Saturdays.
